The Wisdom of the Bible

The Bible is truly unique among all books available to man. It was written over a period of approximately 1500 years by some forty different authors. It has been distorted, misused, denigrated, denied, ridiculed, and cursed, yet it still stands undaunted and unequaled as a guide for human welfare, health, and happiness.
I will be the first to admit that it has been misused in numerous ways and that terrible atrocities have been committed in the name of religion. I can also point to many people who claim to be Christians that embrace lifestyles that are in total contradiction to the teachings of the Bible.
Never-the-less, the Bible itself contains the wisdom of the ages and is just as applicable to our society today as it was to the Jewish nation when Moses penned the first five books of the Bible, or the Torah as it is known.
The series of articles that will be appearing under the caption of “Bible Wisdom” are not intended to convince anyone to become a Christian, not are they intended to denigrate any persons or lifestyles. They are intended to show that a lifestyle based on Bible teachings will result in the happiest life possible here on earth and will benefit our society and our nation in countless ways.
It is not necessary to subscribe it to a divine source in order to logically and rationally determine that it contains a wisdom far above that of the average person. With this attitude please consider the following evidences of The Wisdom of the Bible:

FOR WHERE TWO OR THREE ARE GATHERED TOGETHER IN MY NAME, THERE I AM IN THE MIDST OF THEM. MATT. 18:20
